Product Manager (Bioinformatics Analyst)

Job requirements

Education and background:

Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Molecular Biology or related fields;

Have solid theoretical knowledge and practical analysis experience in bioinformatics.

Technical Capability:

Proficient in operating Linux system, able to complete development and analysis work in Linux environment;

Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, with independent development capabilities;

Familiar with commonly used bioinformatics tools and analysis processes.

Language and communication skills:

1. Have good English reading and writing skills, able to search for literature and write English reports;

2. Good teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently with colleagues from different fields.

Bonus points

The following skills will add points to the candidate:

1. Proficient in using molecular docking software such as PyMOL, AutoDock Vina, etc., with experience in molecular modeling and docking analysis;

2. Have experience in deploying GitHub projects and be able to independently develop and maintain open source projects;
